Ankara-Sana

A survey conducted by the Turkish Eurasia Research Foundation showed the decline in the popularity of the Justice and Development Party and that it will receive only 11.4 percent of the young vote that did not participate in elections before.

Ahval Al-Turki website quoted the Foundation as saying that 33.8 percent of the participants preferred the Republican People's Party, the main opposition party in the country, while 13.4 percent said they had not decided yet and 17.8 percent confirmed that they would boycott the vote.

The importance of this poll is that it seeks to identify a new segment that did not participate in previous elections, as a large percentage of them were born between 1997 and 2005, and it comes less than two years before the general elections in 2023.
