2021-10-18T12:58:50.356Z

Gang members stole cash and a pack of gloves and told the seller: "This is for the next robbery in Neighborhood C" • Residents claim the suspects live in the neighborhood • Pizzeria owner: "These are professional robbers"

Two masked men robbed yesterday (Sunday) with threats with baseball bat pizzeria in neighborhood C in the city of Be'er Sheva and charged NIS 2,000.

The two took a pack of gloves from the kitchen and said to the seller: "This is for the next robbery in the C neighborhood."

Residents are sure that this is the same gang that robbed a grocery store in the neighborhood just two weeks ago and suspect that the robbers live in the neighborhood.

"They were two, masked, members of minorities, with socks gloves on their shoes - real professional robbers," Bar Navon, the owner of Pizza Roma, testified to Israel Today.

"They always come in pairs, come and go on foot, which clearly shows the lack of fear," says Navon.

Navon recounts the moment of the robbery and the great apprehension about his 17-year-old younger brother who was working the shift at the time: "They emptied his pockets but did not finally take the phone and the keys."

Ortal Perlman Shmueli and Julie Kate, leaders of the Negev Promotion Forum, said in response to the robbery: "This is a horrific event that once again makes us all wonder where the Negev governance has gone. It is impossible for criminals to raise their heads and law enforcement. "Our children deserve a secure future. Enough of abandonment in the south."
