Hu Jianmin, 54 years old, served as a Tai Po District Councillor from 2016 to 2019, and has devoted himself to community and youth services for many years.

He participated in the work of various government advisory and statutory committees (including the Civic Education Committee, the Family Council, and the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee), and served as an auxiliary police officer.
