According to Moscow, around 25 million cubic meters of gas are said to be missing from the European storage facilities.
The Kremlin is ready for a dialogue, but there are no requests from the EU, it is said.

"I do not rule out that such a situation will recur," said Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Nowak, who is responsible for energy issues, on state television.
He therefore called on those responsible in the EU to negotiate.
