Carrie Lam hosted the Hong Kong delegation to Hong Kong for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games at the Ma On Shan Stadium on Monday morning, and awarded a certificate of commendation, commending Hong Kong athletes for their dedication and sportsmanship in various Paralympic events.
