In the murder trial for the violent death of a shackled 19-year-old in the Weser, the public prosecutor began their plea on Monday morning.
The public prosecutor called the behavior of the three accused several times inhuman and cruel.
Verden / Aller - The public prosecutor accuses the three Germans, according to the indictment, of having cruelly killed the defenseless, mentally ill 19-year-old in April 2020 in order to cover up other crimes.
Accordingly, the men initially wanted to market the woman as a prostitute.
After that didn't work, the trio is said to have tied the 19-year-old naked with a power cable to an exposed aggregate concrete slab.
According to the indictment, the two men or all three defendants are said to have thrown the woman into the river at the Weserschleuse in Balge in the Nienburg district of Lower Saxony.
The body was found less than three weeks later.
