About fifty inhabitants of Romainville, in Seine-Saint-Denis, were the recipients of newspaper pages bearing anti-Semitic writings, reports France Bleu Paris.
Informed by one of them, the National Office for Vigilance Against Antisemitism (BNVCA) has since filed a complaint, confirms its president to
Le Figaro
.
To read also "No longer confronting anti-Semitism is gradually becoming commonplace"
The cuts were discovered in the boxes of a suburban area of Romainville on Saturday and were therefore probably deposited during the previous night.
We can read anti-Freemasonry and anti-Semitic inscriptions there:
"Money goes to Jewry, Jewish bankers Ripoux, Jewish power, planetary threat, the Jewish racketeering since 1945.
"
"All fake asses"
Political figures from all sides are also targeted: Laurent Fabius, Gérard Collomb, Jean-Christophe Cambadélis, Valérie Pécresse or Xavier Bertrand, with in particular the inscriptions "
all false ass
", "
UMP..PS accomplices
".
They were written with a marker on real newspaper pages.
One of the addressees, of Jewish faith, has since filed a complaint, as has the BNVCA, which has become a civil party.
For the president of the association, Sammy Ghozlan, this literature is the sign of “
an extreme right wing which is waking up”.
He received the assurance of the prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis that everything would be done to identify the author of the facts as quickly as possible.
In particular, neighborhood video surveillance should be examined.
