Dachau - The incidence in the Dachau district yesterday was 85.1 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days and is thus still above the German average (75.1), but below the Bavarian average (116.1).
The situation in the nursing home has relaxed, as the district office announced.
There is no longer a local hotspot here.
In the past few weeks, 56 residents and over 20 employees were infected here.
The hospital traffic light is - as of Monday, October 18 - with 262 still on "green".
In the week from October 12 to 17, a total of 153 new infections were reported to the health department.
Around 80 percent of infected people are symptomatic.
The age structure of the index cases can be broken down as follows, with the hotspot in the nursing home being responsible for the high proportion of older index people:
7 percent 0 to 6 years
11 percent 7 to 12 years
7 percent 13-18 years
38 percent 19-39 years
24 percent 40-59 years
10 percent 60-79 years
3 percent 80 and older
When scaled down to the different age groups, children and adolescents under 18 years of age have an incidence of 131, those between 18 and 59 years of age 109 and of those over 60 years of age 52. So far, the exposure location has already been determined in 60 percent of cases.
The infections continue to take place mainly in the private environment.
The second vaccination rate is currently 65.7 percent.
The number of corona patients in the Helios-Amper-Klinikum Dachau has been stable in the last few days.
Eight patients (three of them with vaccinations) with a proven infection are currently being treated in the normal ward.
No patient currently needs intensive medical care.
