At 4:21 pm today (19th), the police received multiple reports that a boy wearing a diaper suspected to be donated from the window grilles on the outer wall of the 4th floor of Entian Building, Xingtian Village, Lantian, and dried by the dangerous window. Hanging on the clothes rack is precarious.
Online footage showed that the boy wearing a diaper was dangling out of the window grilles. The parents in the house discovered in time that the boy was holding the arm of the boy. The boy was suspected of being frightened and struggling. The whole process took 15 minutes and was dangerous.
Later, the baby boy was pulled back into the house by his family from the window grilles, but fortunately, it did not cause a tragedy.
The rescued boy’s neck was red and swollen and was sent to United Hospital for examination. The police are investigating the incident. According to reports, the boy is 3 years old. The incident did not involve negligence and no one was arrested.
According to the memories of the neighbourhood witnessed at the scene, the boy was found outside the clothes rack on the 4th floor at the time of the incident. Suspected that he climbed out of the window from the house, and then went through the window grille, towering over the clothes rack, and fell out of the rack. Fortunately, the boy's head was caught by the clothes rack for a while, so that he did not fall immediately.
