A failure causes a sharp degradation of calls between Orange and SFR

The outage was reported in the morning on Tuesday.

Orange customers report problems making or receiving calls.

The bug would occur especially when the calls come from SFR numbers.

Many users reported difficulties on social networks on Tuesday morning, each time with the same message: “Orange is informing you that the requested number is not assigned”.

Orange evokes with the Parisian a "micro failure of a few hours still under investigation".

Behind this incident, the suspected cause is the interconnection between the various mobile networks.

Which would explain why SFR is also affected.

Orange has set up a watch to prevent the incident from happening again and is in contact with the other operators.

An incident is currently disrupting certain communications from our customers.

Our teams are fully mobilized.
