Since Tuesday, the migrant worker has had to answer two cases before the Landshut district court for attempted manslaughter.

If one follows the admission of the accused at the beginning of the trial, in this case too the alcohol is to blame for the knife wounds that injured two men.

However, he claims to have acted in self-defense: He was lying on the floor and received blows and kicks from seven to eight people.
Then he pulled the knife and stabbed it "blindly".
The motive for the previous argument, which was confirmed by witnesses: One of the victims had a problem with the fact that other guests were allowed to sing in the bar next to him.

The arriving police patrols were initially confronted with a “confusing overall situation” on the night of October 10th. A group of 30 to 50 people stood in front of the bar, "all of them quite drunk". The mood was "heated". A man was said to have been slightly injured on the ground. While he was being taken care of, one person broke away from the group and reported that his brother had been injured with a knife by the person lying on the ground. The brothers' father (40) was later found in the bar in front of the toilet, also with stab wounds. According to one policeman, the knife was later found in a courtyard entrance.
According to the prosecution, the dispute escalated at 2:40 a.m.
The defendant, who has already served prison terms in Scotland, France and Holland, is said to have hit the 40-year-old in the head with a glass and in the face with his fist.
Witnesses managed to separate the two men.
But a short time later the brawlers broke out again: There was mutual blows, in which the sons of the 40-year-old and other people were now also involved.
The defendant drew the knife - according to the prosecution, he used it deliberately and accepted fatal injuries.

He doesn't really want any trouble, but when he drinks there are "somehow always problems," said the defendant.
At first, the 34-year-old did not want to hear about a dispute.
He was out of the bar because he wanted to get his cell phone out of the car.
As witnesses confirmed, he was the first to receive a glass on the head and a punch in the face.
Only then did he strike and finally, in his distress, pulled the knife.
He had already had problems with the 40-year-old and his sons in advance, the defendant reported.
His friend once sang in the bar in Neufahrn and was then threatened by the head of the clan: He was no longer allowed to sing there, only he was allowed to do that. But that evening his friend no longer obeyed the ban.
The trial of the 34-year-old will continue on October 26th.
