Erfurt - In the “PiA-TH” model project, the practice-integrated, remunerated training for state-approved childcare providers has been tested in Thuringia since 2019.
The changed entry into the professional field is intended to attract additional applicants and facilitate lateral entry into the profession.

However, the corona pandemic has impressively shown how scarce the resources are, said Werner.
Even a household with all the burdens and austerity measures that came with the pandemic must be measured by how social it is and create the best possible conditions for the people in Thuringia.
It should not happen that the necessary course for the future of people with disabilities, children and young people and those in need of care are not set.
