After the cyber attack on the municipal IT service provider KSM in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the disposal of bulky waste in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district was disrupted.
The district announced on Tuesday that due to the existing IT problems with the district administration, the currently assigned appointments could not be processed.
New registrations are also currently not possible.
Parchim - Anyone who has already got an appointment is asked to call and arrange a new one.
The background is that the tours are planned electronically and the data cannot currently be accessed.
The removal of household waste, paper and bio bins as well as the yellow bags is not affected and is taking place regularly.
