The corona incidence in Saarland has decreased slightly.
On Tuesday, the value of the registered new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days was 61.0, as can be seen from the data from the Robert Koch Institute (as of 3:23 a.m.).
The day before, this value was 62.6.
Berlin / Saarbrücken - 30 new infections have been registered since the previous day, there have been no new deaths.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,060 people have died from or with the pathogen.
A total of 48,720 corona infections have been confirmed so far.
According to the German Interdisciplinary Association for Intensive and Emergency Medicine, there were 22 adult patients with Covid 19 disease in the intensive care units of the Saarland hospitals, five of whom were ventilated (as of 7.15 a.m.).
