Nuremberg - In the night from Friday (October 15) to Saturday (October 16) there were several fires in Nuremberg *, in which the fire brigade had to come three times to extinguish a sofa, a truck and a garbage can.

It was unclear whether the fires were related to one another.

But now a letter of confession is said to have emerged that could give clues, as

Nuremberg: Keywords give clues

Under the catchphrases “Antifa”, “Militarism” and “Repression”, the letter of confession was found on the left-wing extremist Internet platform “Indymedia”.

There, an anonymous user stated that he had “torched a DB Schenker truck in front of the Nuremberg jail” during the night from Friday to Saturday.

This coincides with the statements of the fire brigade, which put out the fires that night in Reutersbrunnenstrasse, where the correctional facility is also located.

Nuremberg: Attack against DB Schenker?

The letter goes on to say that DB Schenker earns its money “, among other things, with logistics for NATO armed forces” and is jointly responsible for “transporting armaments to the Turkish army”.

Was that the reason you set the truck on fire?

The other fires are also mentioned: “A short time later there were more fires in the city.” It is currently not clear how far the police * are with their investigations.
