Hausham - Once again, the Hausham town council has dealt with the project “Living for families on Huberspitzweg”.
The development plan is in place.
After the development plan no. 41 "Living for families on Huberspitzweg" was laid out for the third time, the Haushamer municipal council recently approved it as a statute with a dissenting vote.
The majority did not share concerns from citizens that the development would lead to a bottleneck in childcare places.
For the two multi-family houses, the planners followed the district office's requirement to reduce the wall height from 9 to 8.60 meters.
As the district office Miesbach informed the municipality, from an urban planning point of view it is not desirable that the surrounding building mass, such as the trade union building, be continued in the new building area. As the head of the building authority, Petra Sperl, said, the resulting recommendation to reduce the wall height to a permitted 8.60 meters was incorporated immediately. Mayor Jens Zangenfeind said that the two multi-family houses would fit in optically, but could still remain three-story and thus affordable living space could be created.
One citizen's concerns that this social orientation of the project would neglect the supply of childcare places and meeting places in Abwinkl were shared by Harda von Poser (Greens): “We build and build, but do we think about it to the end? I have a bit of anger with the two houses. "Zangenfeind did not share this assessment:" We look forward to having children and of course we have taken that into account. "
Michael Ertl (SPD) also saw it that way.
As a speaker for schools and kindergartens, he said: “We still have places available and there is room for improvement.
So nothing has to be created additionally. ”Zangenfeind and Ertl agreed that on the 20-meter-wide green strip that remains between the Schlierach and the residential building to the east, some things are possible in this direction.
It is still being checked whether the underground car parks for the apartment buildings will affect the direction of the groundwater flow.
The municipality is responding to the request of a local resident who sees this as a possible danger to the operational safety of his groundwater heat pump.
