1) Set a time and place -
do not say "tomorrow I will start". If you have a schedule that is as tidy as possible, the chances of you giving up training will decrease significantly.
2) You will find a framework -
once you have something to commit to, you will be more careful. It is sometimes easy to leave home for training A clearer and more correct routine.
3) Take care of a proper diet -
foods that are low in fat and full of vitamins and protein will do the job and complete a successful workout.
