A 38-year-old truck driver in Garmisch-Partenkirchen was lucky in an accident.
The truck overturned due to a defective bolt.
Apparently, a previously unknown perpetrator detached him.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen
- An immensely high damage of around 45,000 euros to a truck that was parked near the Garmisch-Partenkirchner ice stadium occurred between October 16 and 18.
According to the police report, the blue tipper was used last Monday for transport to the construction site of the Ohlstadt motorway junction.
After the 38-year-old driver started the truck, it fell on its side.
The trigger for the accident, which could have ended worse, was a loosened bolt on the tipper itself.
This had apparently been solved by a previously unknown perpetrator.
Fortunately, no one was injured by the incident.
