The victim, Mr. Y, held a press conference today. He reported that at 6 pm on August 31 this year, he received the second dose of Fubitel vaccine at Linsted Stadium.

After he stayed in the rest area for about 10 to 20 minutes, when he drank the water provided by the venue, he felt some water flow out of the corner of his mouth.

By 10 o'clock that night, when Mr. Y was eating dinner, he felt that his left eyelid was drooping.

Since Mr. Y still had work to deal with on September 1, he went to the Accident and Emergency Department of Princess Margaret Hospital on September 2.

The Accident and Emergency Department doctor of Princess Margaret Hospital pointed out that the victim Mr. Y "2nd dose Biontech taken on 31/8/21 developed L sided Bell's palsy since the morning of 1/9/2021", and said that the victim had a chance to sleep well. Something happened.

Afterwards, the victim was transferred to the internal medicine department for follow-up consultation and Caritas Eye Clinic on September 16th.

After enquiry, Princess Margaret Hospital said it would report the case

Mr. Y applied to AXA for the vaccine protection fund on September 9, and received a reply on September 29 stating that his application was rejected.

The next day, Princess Margaret Hospital contacted Mr. Y again, stating that after review by the department head of the Accident and Emergency Department, the case would be reported, and Mr. Y was asked to apply for the vaccine protection fund by himself, but did not explain why the case was not reported at the beginning.
