Violent riots in the east of the Old City:
Rioters arrived today (Tuesday) in the Nablus Gate area of the Old City of Jerusalem and began violent riots, which included throwing stones at police forces and passing buses.
For several days in a row there have been riots in the area, which is known to be explosive and problematic.

During the violent disturbance, a police force acted to disperse the rioters using means to disperse the disturbances.
Police and Border Police fighters have so far arrested 11 suspects on suspicion of involvement in riots and throwing stones at buses and working to repel the rioters and maintain public order there.
These arrests join dozens of arrests of rioters carried out by police forces in the area over the past few weeks.
