The woman was the hero of the stories presented by a group of writers in a literary session of the Story Association in the Union of Palestinian Writers and Journalists today.
The writer Tamader Odeh participated in a story entitled Two of the Making of Speech that carried emotional, human and patriotic concern, in addition to a prose text entitled My Secret Friend.
The participation of the storyteller Tawfiqah Khaddour came with a story entitled The Virgin, in which she focused on the negative view of women as a result of customs and traditions and their suffering as a result of that view.
Haifa Hamouda presented a prose text entitled In the Mihrab of the Self that was distinguished by its high poeticity, after which the storyteller Fatima Abu Shakra read a story entitled “The Glare of Snow” that exposed the reality of women in Eastern society and the social and human problems surrounding it.
Joria is the title of the story that Iman Moussali read, in which she mixed the human and social concerns of Eastern women and was distinguished by its poetic language.
The session was moderated by the storyteller Khalifa Amouri and listened to the critical opinions of the audience. The writer Bashar Boutros also presented a critical view of the entire readings.
