Starnberg - "Finally swimming again and going to the sauna like before Corona: The seaside resort Starnberg introduces the 3G-plus rule and can thus return to normal operation without pandemic-related restrictions." The city administration announced on Tuesday.

From next Friday, October 22nd, there will be no need to wear a mask and a mask in the seaside resort, and visitors can once again use all areas in the indoor pool, including the steam bath, infrared cabins and the sauna area as they did before the Corona period.

"This also means that there is no regulation that only a certain number of guests are allowed to be in the indoor pool and sauna at the same time," explains town hall spokeswoman Lena Choi.

3G-plus means that guests must be vaccinated, recovered or PCR-tested and show proof of this at the checkout or at reception.

The PCR test must not be older than 48 hours; rapid tests are no longer accepted.

Children up to the age of twelve as well as all students from the age of twelve who are regularly subject to tests as part of school attendance are granted access without having to have proof of this.

The 3G-plus regulation is laid down in the 14th Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance as a voluntary instrument in order to be able to guarantee normal operation again.
