THE PLACE.
Combining the purity of the traditional sushi bar and the shimmering spirit of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this is the small feat that Cyril Lignac has achieved here, who has just transformed his neighboring Aux Prés into a steakhouse (chronicle at come quickly in these pages).
The Bar des Prés is first and foremost an atmosphere, warm, worldly just right.
It is also a setting, mischievous and funky (marble counter, peacock fabric on the benches and leopard carpet on the floor…), a sparkling setting for the menu.
