Next weekend will be especially festive for the city of Rehovot, which will celebrate the opening of a new food complex in the Science Campus - "Bali Burger" and "Metro Pizza".
It is not that the streets and the area lack good pizzerias, and the truth is that the condition of the burgers there is not bad at all, but the current complex is especially interesting because of the names at its head - chefs Eviatar Malka, current season winner of "Chef Games" and Jonathan Sharvit, who starred alongside him throughout the season.
The pair of chefs, like most of the contestants in the program in fact, have quite a bit of experience in the kitchen.
They work together in restaurants and the two will even run their own catering jointly, now they turn to perhaps the two most favorite areas of Israeli foodies - pizza and hamburger.

Let's start with Metro Pizza.
This is a rectangular pizza made of a special dough consisting of several types of flours.
The menu currently includes ten types of pizzas ranging from classic margarita, through mushroom ragout to pizza with spinach stew and caramelized onions with hot peppers.
Diversity, as you can see, is not lacking in name.
Hence the meat.
In the nearby Bali Burger are burgers, sandwiches, chicken dishes, salads and other surprises that will pop up in the future.
The hamburger patties are made from an old-fashioned Israeli beef and the rolls are baked on the spot.
Vegans have a Beyond Meat patty and there are additional options that will meet the needs of all diners.

The sandwich section includes pastrami, corned beef, sachicha and sloppy sandwiches, along with dishes like Crispy Chicken Burger, Chicken Wings, Nuggets and more.
Later, after the official opening and launch, specials will be sold on Tuesdays and guest chefs will also arrive to host the venue and present their own surprises.
