A spokesman for the US Department of Homeland Security announced that Minister Alejandro Mallorcas, who received the full dose of the vaccination against the Corona virus, was confirmed to have Covid 19 this morning.
CNN quoted the spokesman as saying that Minister Mayorcas tested positive this morning for the virus that causes Covid-19 disease, after conducting a routine test before traveling.
The spokesman added, he suffers only from a slight congestion. He received the vaccination in full, and will isolate himself and work from home according to the protocols of the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and work is now underway to trace his contacts.
