The "Tahina's hummus chain is celebrating today (Tuesday), for the tenth time, the" big hummus day "which is a particularly happy holiday because one magical thing happens - free hummus.
It's that simple.
So, how does it work?
Everyone who comes to sit at the Tel Aviv branch will receive a free portion of chickpeas, while the toppings, chips, salad, falafel, desserts and drinks will remain for a fee, at the regular prices that appear on the menu.
The Tahina hummus chain has four branches and the festive days are indeed held in all four, but in each branch the celebration takes place on a different date, so Jerusalemites, Sderot and Beershebaim - your day will come soon.

"The big chickpea day is a day where we distribute free chickpeas all day to those who come to sit with us," says Tzlil Yaron, one of the owners.
"We want to do some good to people after two years of Corona, return love to all our customers and allow people who do not know us to come, experience and fall in love."
"This day is held once a year in each of our branches, each branch on its own date, and to this day we have held it 10 times. The truth is that it has really become a celebration of hummus that everyone, both customers and employees, are really looking forward to."
