The family of Colombian novelist Gabriel García Márquez puts several of his and his wife Mercedes Barcha's personal items up for auction to support indigenous children in southern Mexico.

CNN entered the couple's residence in Mexico City and, in addition to getting to know some of the objects up for auction, toured the spaces where the Nobel Prize in Literature inhabited.
