Shani Avigal, the mother of 6-year-old Ido who was killed during Operation Wall Guard, posted a post on her Facebook page tonight (Wednesday) in which she contacted her son, telling him that the family is leaving their home in Sderot tomorrow. "Last night in Sderot. That's not how we thought we would leave the house," she wrote, "we had common dreams. We were looking for a house with a garden together."

"Remember you asked me if we would also take your toys to the new house. And I promised that whatever you wanted to take would come with us. Today Dodka, everything comes with us," the mother wrote sadly, "from the smallest thing you got in Kinder and kept it to your biggest game. Tahal said she did not agree to donate your things. So we agreed that we would keep everything as a souvenir. Still, this is the last thing left of you. But only physically - spiritually you live within us.

On the decision to move to another city, Shani told Walla!
