A slight increase in the indicators of the danger of the spread of fires in the forests of northwest Syria

The Forestry and Fire Monitoring Platform of the General Authority for Remote Sensing announced that the indicators of the danger of fires spreading in forest sites in northwest Syria indicate a slight and gradual rise from today until tomorrow, Thursday.

The platform's chairwoman, Dr. Rosa Karmouqa, said in a statement to SANA that the platform published on its website an update of the map of the danger of fire in the above-mentioned areas from today until tomorrow, Thursday, where the average level of risk affects after its decline during the previous days, and then the high risk indicators return to share the medium level of risk in Impact on some sites in the forests north of Lattakia and southwest of Hama during tomorrow, Thursday.

It called for reporting any fire as soon as it broke out on the toll-free numbers 188 and 113 to limit its spread as soon as possible.
