Do you know that you are doing a good deed and then flying over yourself and being filled with pride? There is really pride that is positive, that a person knows he is good, but when it crosses the line - it is not good.

So what do we do in a situation where we have crossed the line and our heart is filled with negative and not good pride? How can it be regulated to the right place and what is the technique to balance the feeling that overwhelms us? Admor Rabbi Pinto, head of the fathers of courts in Morocco, addressed this margin was:

"There are times when a man entered the pride of heart, when people look at the commandments or the Torah or promotional learned many did, then indentation opinion on it as we found Rabbi Elazar the son of "Rashbi, who was hiking along the river and rejoiced greatly, and had a rude opinion of him because he learned a lot of Torah (Ta'anit 20)."

According to Rabbi Pinto: "And what installation for these moments that the instinct comes to man in rudeness and agility, he will immediately think when my deeds will actually come my ancestors (Tanna Debi Eliyahu chapter so). And this" I will lift up my eyes to the mountains "

"Man will immediately think of them and their sublime deeds, and how they stood and learned and gave their lives for the sanctity of his name, and this will take away from him the arrogance of mind and bring him to the right and worthy place for that hour, and time," the Rebbe added.
