The 50-year-old Seefeld drove his Dacia in the left lane into town.
At the same time, a 75-year-old from Karlsruhe was traveling in the opposite direction and wanted to turn left into Moosstrasse.
The Karlsruhe man underestimated the distance to the oncoming Dacia and tried to turn before him.
The man from Seefeld was able to prevent a collision, but not the 60-year-old Tutzinger who drove behind him.
This reacted too late to the emergency braking and drove into the Dacia.
Even if the vehicles were only slightly damaged (the Dacia in front on the trailer coupling and the VW on the front), the Dacia driver complained of severe back pain.
He was taken care of in the ambulance, but then did not want to be taken to the hospital.
