In an accident between an ambulance and a car, five men were injured in Ahrensburg early on Wednesday morning.
The two vehicles collided head-on for a previously unknown cause, said a police spokesman.
One man was critically injured.
Three men suffered serious injuries and one minor.
The ambulance was manned by two men, aged 47 and 48.
Ahrensburg - There were two 19-year-olds and a 17-year-old in the car.
The property damage amounts to around 250,000 euros.
The road was closed until around 7:20 a.m.
