The corona incidence in Saarland has fallen below the value of 60.
On Wednesday, the value of the registered new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days was 57.7, as can be seen from the data from the Robert Koch Institute (as of 3:24 a.m.).
The day before it was 61.0.
Berlin / Saarbrücken - 120 new infections were registered within 24 hours, there were no new deaths.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,060 people have died from or with the pathogen.
A total of 48,840 corona infections have been confirmed so far.
According to the German Interdisciplinary Association for Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine, there were 19 adult patients with Covid 19 disease in the intensive care units of the Saarland hospitals, 4 of whom were ventilated (as of 7.15 a.m.).
