The Sharon Terrorism Crime Unit has completed an investigation into the murder of Ala Zarzur, who was shot dead during a wedding in Taibeh, and today (Wednesday) police will file an indictment in Lod District Court against three suspects in murder, attempted murder and aiding and abetting. Investigators from the Sharon Area Crime Prevention Unit were able to gather evidence and prima facie evidence that points to the main suspect as the person behind the murder and the attempted murder.
Evidential evidence was also gathered against the two other suspects, Taibeh residents, aged 23 and 39, on suspicion of aiding the main suspect in escaping and hiding from the authorities after the act.
