Mobile food vending machines are becoming increasingly popular.
Such a small day and night self-service shop has recently opened in front of the Schusterhof on Buchberger Straße in Gelting.
Gelting - It is stocked with fresh raw milk from the farm's 50 dairy cows, meat and sausage products from Jasberg, potatoes from Ismaning and honey from a Waldram beekeeper.
Farm eggs are to be added to the range soon.
The Schusterhof belongs to Paul Weiß.
His daughter Angelika (26) and her husband Florian Neumann (36) bought the vending machine and fill it up regularly.
In the first few days, milk, sausages and cheese meat were equally well sold, as farmer Florian Neumann reports.

He believes that the eating habits of consumers have changed, especially since Corona - away from products from factory farming towards organic and regional products.
The Neumanns are not organic farmers, but the way they work is not very different from organic farming, according to Neumann.
The herd of cows is out on the pasture all summer long, he says, and he refrains from using fertilizers and genetic engineering.
There are subsidies from the Free State for the mobile cooling stations, which are as expensive to buy as a mid-range car.
"It's a lot of bureaucracy, but now we're happy that the machine is down," says Angelika Neumann.
