(ANSA) - MILAN, OCTOBER 20 - The former councilor for security of the Municipality of Voghera Massimo Adriatici is free, a homicide since July 20 when he killed with a pistol shot during a struggle in Piazza Meardi Youns ElBossettaoui, a 38-year-old Moroccan. The measure, in fact, issued with the accusation of culpable excess of legitimate defense, has lost its effectiveness and the politician is therefore at liberty.
A request for revocation of precautionary custody by the Pavia Prosecutor's Office in recent days was rejected by the investigating judge who noted that the provision had become ineffective for Adriatici, defended by the lawyers Gabriele Pipicelli and Colette Gazzaniga.
The man, a former policeman, for some weeks had in any case resumed his activity as a lawyer, even in court, not in the Court of Pavia for reasons of expediency.
