"A Song for Gabriel" is the new duet performed by Hila Saada and David D'Or.
The song, inspired by the TV series "The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem" based on Sarit Yishai Levy's bestselling book, was written in Ladino and Hebrew.
The series tells the story of the Spaniard Armoza family in the 1920s in Jerusalem and tells the story of Armoza's wives, who were sentenced to a love life without love.
Actress Hila Saada, who plays Rosa Armoza, Gabriel's wife (Michael Aloni), also speaks Turkish and Ladino in particular.
Last January, Saada was filmed in parallel with the third and most talked about season of the series "Being With Her," and for several weeks she skipped between sets.
The work and connection with David D'Or is also intriguing.
This is the first collaboration between the two.
