Eighty-two rooms, all on the same floor, on the roof of the Louvre post office building, with breathtaking views over Paris.
After six years of work, the Madame Rêve hotel opens this Thursday, in the absence of a good part of the international clientele.
“Open in Paris in September-October is the best period in normal times,”
says Laurent Taieb, founder and artistic director of the 5-star hotel.
With the Covid, it's more difficult, but it's still the best period. ”

The hotel's occupancy rate is expected to be between 40% and 50% this weekend, and the restaurants are full.
One hundred and sixty people were recruited for the opening.
“To be on the safe side, we chose not to open the panoramic restaurant La Plume until November 25,”
says the businessman.
We will recruit a hundred people by then.
We are counting on Parisians to come and discover their city as they have never seen it. ”
