This is what the head of Russian diplomacy, Sergei Lavrov, said on Wednesday to the delegation of the Taliban government present in the capital, calling for mobilization, financial and economic, in favor of a bled country in white by an almost permanent state of war.
“The time has come to help prevent a humanitarian crisis and migratory exoduses,”
said Sergey Lavrov, welcoming the delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Abdul Salam Hanafi and Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi.
