Regional Labor Court: Strike at Asklepios clinics permitted

The Berlin-Brandenburg state labor court has rejected the Asklepios clinics' application to prohibit the strike in their Brandenburg clinics (decision of October 20, 2021, Az. 12 Ta 1310/21).
