The Berlin-Brandenburg state labor court has rejected the Asklepios clinics' application to prohibit the strike in their Brandenburg clinics (decision of October 20, 2021, Az. 12 Ta 1310/21).
The company wanted the Verdi union to be banned from calling and carrying out strikes, the court informed the court on Wednesday of the decision.
Berlin - For the strike to be legal, it is sufficient that the necessary emergency service is actually provided.
