The interventions at the Lattakia Police Club conference, which was held at the headquarters of the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation in Lattakia, focused on the need to secure gyms to play the games approved in the club and provide training equipment.

The participants suggested canceling some of the inactive games in the club and allocating the Lattakia Police Club with a number of games, where the club director Haider Rajoub gave a comprehensive presentation of the reality of the 21 games practiced within the club and the achievements made in each game and its classification.

The Maharda, Qamhana, Suran, Taiba Al-Imam, Mardis, Morek, Khattab and Shiha clubs also held their annual conferences, and the conferees demanded to increase the financial support of the clubs to prepare the various games and to hold courses to refine the sports cadres in the clubs, each within its jurisdiction, and to equip stadiums in a simplified manner for better football practice.

The conferees also called for the necessity of building new gyms to play multi-club games, granting rewards to clubs that win championships, setting up training camps and establishing a hotel for athletes.

The head of the Executive Committee of the Hama Sports Federation branch, Abdul Razzaq Zaitoun, told SANA reporter that these conferences represent an important station for evaluating the sports work in the clubs and interacting with athletes in all games to overcome the obstacles that stand in their way to be on the right and distinguished path in order to supply the national teams with champions.
