For areas above 800 meters in the Kassel administrative district and in the Fulda district, the DWD issued a storm warning of gale-force gusts.
It will be windy from the second half of the night, as the DWD predicted.
The autumn weather calms down again on Thursday evening and the showers subside on Friday night.
