On the last weekend before school starts in Berlin and Brandenburg after the autumn break, drivers have to be prepared for traffic jams.
The General German Automobile Club (ADAC) expects more traffic on the roads in the region, especially on Friday afternoons, Saturday mornings and late Sunday afternoons, due to holiday makers and day trippers.

But traffic jams as long as in summer are not to be expected.
Traffic jams threaten, among other things, on the Autobahn 10 at the Berliner Ring and the A24 between Hamburg and Berlin.
The ADAC also expects more car traffic on the highways to and from the Baltic Sea.
