This means that elementary and middle school students are also allowed to use the new swimming pool on the Aschheim campus: the three municipalities in the Zweckverband take on 4.9 million euros of the costs.

- The three municipal councils of the school association Middle School Kirchheim, Aschheim and Feldkirchen have agreed to take over 4.9 million euros for the new school swimming pool in Aschheim.
The elementary and middle school students are also allowed to use the bathroom for this purpose.
In July, the association for state secondary schools in the east of the Munich district presented the planning and cost estimate for the Aschheim campus. The expansion of the secondary school as well as the construction of a high school, triple sports hall, cafeteria, swimming pool, open all-day school, administration building and outdoor facilities were calculated at 129.2 million euros, including a buffer of 10.43 million euros. The three member communities, as material cost carriers of their elementary and secondary schools, were asked to take over 4.9 million euros for the school swimming pool. This amount corresponds to one third of the total costs for school swimming needs for elementary and middle school students. The Free State takes on the remaining two thirds for the secondary schools of the association.
Feldkirchen's mayor Andreas Janson (UWV) wanted to know whether all three municipalities had agreed to the assumption of costs.
“As far as I know, yes,” said the chairman of the Middle Schools Association, Kirchheim's Mayor Maximilian Böltl (CSU).
“In any case, we should insist that swimming times be set up in the evening for the normal population,” insisted Janson.
Böltl explained: "All three communities have suggested this, we have to see whether it can be realized."
