A woman was allegedly sexually assaulted on a train in Philadelphia (USA) in front of passengers who did not intervene to stop the abuse.
The alleged violation occurred on the Market-Frankfort line of Southeastern Pennsylvania trains, known as SEPTA.
Authorities detained the suspect identified as Fiston M. Ngoy, 35, who made a preliminary appearance a week ago on charges of rape and sexual assault, among others.
