"spectacular"

by the FPP

"which is explained by the slowdown that took place over the same period in 2020 due to the Covid crisis (-2.5%)"

Difficulties in recruiting

But this strong demand is not without consequence and forces all the actors to work

"in just-in-time",

underlines the federation. Especially since the sector, like many others, has difficulty recruiting.

“Nine out of ten swimming pool specialists have planned to hire this year,”

assures the federation, which has therefore set up several initiatives to help companies hire. In particular, it would like to

"facilitate the retraining of people trained in sports professions towards swimming pool professions"

. A point on which she

"started a reflection with the minister responsible for sports"

. Another difficulty for the sector: the rise in the prices of raw materials which affects the whole world.
