Five more cases of infection in the new delta strain of the corona virus were diagnosed today (Thursday) in Israel.

The cases were discovered as part of a repeat genetic sequencing test, during which "old cases" of the AY4.2 variant were found, which in recent days has been dubbed the "new delta strain".
