- Many innovations in the

Radom in Raisting

: As reported, the new air envelope was installed on Sunday. And there are other plans. In a previous meeting of the steering committee of the Local Action Group (LAG) Auerbergland-Pfaffenwinkel, Rene Jakob, managing director of Radom, had already presented the results of a feasibility study. Now it's time to implement it. In a first project phase, the extensive archives are to be viewed and digitized in cooperation with the State Office for Non-State Museums for future exhibitions and visualizations. "We want to make the image collection accessible," said Jakob in the most recent LAG meeting in the Schongauer Sparkassenforum. Show how Radom and the landscape have changed over the years. External stocks should also be recorded.

The costs for this amount to around 15,000 euros - half of which can be funded through Leader, which the LAG unanimously agreed.

Means: The Radom is happy to receive a grant of 6300 euros.

It shouldn't be the radome's last project.

"We are in the most beautiful corner of Germany," said Jakob.

They want to make both guests and locals aware of this.

However: the accessibility can be expanded.

And in certain areas there is no avoiding renovation - but the originality of the radome should definitely be preserved, Jakob gave an outlook.

"MiA - Together in old age" in Wielenbach

The

community of Wielenbach

can also look forward to funding

. The second mayor Christine Ulbrich presented the project “MiA - Together in old age” to the LAG with councilor and senior citizen officer Maria Rettig. The vacant savings bank building in the town center is to be bought and the ground floor to be converted so that it can be used by all population groups, especially older people. A 400 euro force is supposed to take care of jobs. Clubs and other groups should also find a home in the house. The costs amount to 235,000 euros, 112,000 are to be funded, according to the unanimous decision.

"Filling an empty house with life again absolutely reflects the Leader idea," says department head Kirsten Hosse.

Maiken Winter suggested taking the seniors to the house on a bicycle rickshaw.

You have already thought about that, said Rettig.

It should be a follow-up project.

“Bernried can climate” is planning an escape room

“The last chance” is the motto of an escape room that the citizens' association

“Bernried can climate”

would like to realize.

A group of three to eight people in a room has to solve several puzzles that deal with climate change within an hour.

Konrad Lang and Marina Saur estimate that around 2000 euros will be required to equip the room.

The group can look forward to 1,600 euros in funding.

House name signs for Eglfing

The local and museum association Eglfing has created a new local chronicle. However, there should also be something tangible:

signs with the house names

should draw attention to the history of the place. The purchase should cost a total of 5000 euros. More than can be promoted through Leader, says District Administrator Andrea Jochner-Weiß. They voted for the maximum amount of 2500 euros in funding - with one vote against: Josef Taffertshofer complained about the high costs. Some time ago, house names were added in Wildsteig. The community had given the impetus and interested citizens made contact with local craftsmen and artists who made individual signs. There were no costs for the general public. This is how it would work in Eglfing, too, Taffertshofer was certain.
