A truck accident on Thursday resulted in a full closure of the A24 in the direction of Berlin between the Schwerin junction and the Neustadt-Glewe junction for hours. The driver (59) had left the road to the right with his truck for unknown reasons and drove into the adjacent bushes, said the Ludwigslust police station.

The full closure to rescue the truck should last until midnight.
The driver was not injured in the accident.
