The Chamber of Deputies of Mexico approved the new regulation on fiscal contributions, known as Fiscal Miscellany 2022. It establishes that all those over 18 years of age must register with the Treasury, even if they do not receive income.
One of the new points establishes a limit of donations that can be tax deductible for individuals, that is, for citizens who do it on their own and not through companies or organizations.
